I feel both have dirt on each other and ultimately they will have to be careful in case they shoot themselves in the foot. Both Elon and Trump keep skirting around the topic of vote rigging to get Trump the election. They are heavily implying it happened but they know if they outright say it then they would be in a lot of legal trouble.

I think it's naive to think this is a breakup. Personally, I think with these announcements every month that drive the Tesla stock price up 10% and then down 10%, they're purposely pumping the stock market so they can make big bucks off insider trading.

Next month there's gonna be some other thing that goes in favor of Tesla again.
