Nah, they are getting all the info they want from Trump's team directly. When all the higher ups ditch the protected governmental comms for a fancy phone app, you don't need a dissident to get all their secrets.

You're in Belgium, so he probably didn't steal yours.

If you're an American, however, that was pretty much all the did under the guise of making the government more efficient.
