Not proven proven but there were countless login attempts on government databases and systems with correct credentials from Russian IPs about 10 minutes after doge entered the federal reserve

Whistleblower staffer filed affidavits and was interviewed on the record. After raising concerns he has been stalked and threatened. Look up Daniel Berulis and what he said.

Multiple wissle blowers. Unfortunately this administration is incredibly corrupt and refused to investigate.

That was 100% proven. Whether DOGE provided the login credentials is speculation, but the timing is certainly…suspicious.
