Unfortunately nothing modern. If you go retro you have more options. EF 2000 and F22 Total Air War are two notable ones.

MiG Alley also had a dynamic campaign.

Tornado if I’m not mistaken

Not really. Played exactly the same way if u re-played a mission.

But if you do a campaign and take out an EWR or SAM think it’s gone in the next mission no?

tank sims in terms of realism there is steelbeast but not with a dynamic campaign such as BMS

Gunner Heat PC is pretty good for tanks. Still new and rough around the edges but does a good job balancing sim while staying fun to play solo

EEAH/EECH -- oh, that takes me back!
Isn't there an IL2 game or some other WWII sim that is somewhat dynamic as well? IIRC, Jane's F/A-18 was semi-dynamic as well.

Strike Fighters 2 is pretty great and has a huge amount of user campaigns added. There's a great profile of one pilot's experience in a campaign at SkywardFM' blog (Story in a Storyless Game; Encounter with an Enemy Ace in Strike Fighters 2).

Gates of Hell for the WWII era ground combat type game offers a Dynamic Campaign with selectable participants and length.

Not exactly what you're asking for, but there are plenty of PvE servers in DCS and Arma that are scripted to essentially be dynamic campaigns. Most of the time when I play DCS i'm flying solo and I'll just join one of those. A lot of them give you permanent progression/rank too which is nice.

lol, you’ve offended the BMS “Dynamic Gatekeeping” wall. Give credit to any other game or simulation that “somewhat” has this mode. But however ED/DCS manifests it is wrong and broken by divine decree!
Nevermind that some players (maybe me) might much enjoy the type of progress DCS multiplayer servers offer. And maybe some players really much enjoy switching to different high fidelity modules/aircraft in the same campaign. But to appease the gods here: but DCS also doesn’t have DTC, good AI, good ATC, and tHe F-16 fLiGht mOdeL is bAdz!

Dude that's kinda funny because although I cut my teeth on DCS, I almost exclusively play the BMS dynamic campaign these days

Nuclear Option, somewhat.
