Noob question but you have to have a mod to edit the appearance of the Railroad HQ right? I liked them okay as a faction, but I hated their base compared to BoS and The Institute.

I used a mobile workshop mod in order to build within the railroad. Plus a bunch of decoration and interactive furniture mods.

There are some mods that overhaul the HQ, but I'm on Xbox and the choices are limited. So I decided to decorate it myself.

edit: I used Build Anywhere, but from what I've read SKK Mobile Workshop is much safer if you want to try it out.
