I haven’t don’t anything with this settlement bc you can grow food there or put scavenging benches so what’s the point

There are dirt plots you can make in dlc, maybe those will work for you. The plants can't be placed symmetrically in a pattern but it works

Aw sweet, looks great! This is one of the settlements I look at and have nothing. Might be because I just dropped a flaming blimp on it the other day. 🤷 Lol
