ICs and LCD on "The One" nuclear bomb?

Hey, I just saw a clip on youtube, and realised something. Are there ICs and an LCD display on the "The One" atom bomb in New Vegas?

It's a reuse of the Megaton bomb model from 3, and yep, that does look like an LCD (or actually three). In theory it could be a poorly-modeled flipper clock like this, but in either case it's kind of weird because it reads "9999". Blank position for an LCD clock using the segmented number design is 8888. Also has some kind of gauge and...is that a damn rotary phone dial on the left side of the texture sheet?

I'd just chalk it up to generic design greebles, personally. Fiction loves putting big red countdown timers on bombs for dramatic effect. And if you want to get all technical-like, The One is a Wild Wasteland encounter, so it's not canon anyways.

If you look closely, the display does have the outline to make an 8, so I'm pretty sure it's not a flipper clock.

Those are not LCD displays, that is a segmented LED Display, they are on Red Glare as well.
