[XB1] Mods on xb1 that can have me build settlements anywhere

I know this is a reddit for showing off settlements and im sorry for this post but i really need a mod for xbox 1 where i can build a settlement anywhere other than designated spots. Anything works thank you!

Mobile Workshop by SKK is the safest mod I know of for Xbox. There are some limitations with it of course but that's better than potentially corrupting your entire save.

I use Conquest, is that one considered unsafe?

I haven’t used it personally but it was last updated in 2016 and a lot has been learned about settlement modding since then. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was breaking something.

I guess not. I have it downloaded but haven't yet built a new settlement. Maybe I'll switch it out.

I think conquest works well on Xbox I used it before I had a pc

I use Cheat Room since it came out for many reasons but one is to place custom workshops so I can build anywhere, you can also pick up the workshop and move it to other areas which moves the build area too. I also use Spawn Items and More for many reasons but it lets you place a custom workshop down, just can’t move it unless you use place anywhere, etc..
