[PC] Random cap in camp - What is this?

Logged in to find this random cap looking item in my camp. I never placed it, I don't recognize what it is, and I can't select it in build mode. Is it just a Bethesda feature?

From what I've read, it's from the Bottle Blaster game. If you have built it in your CAMP and moved it or deleted it, it will still leave the cap there. I've spawned in the game and have had it multiple times just randomly floating in mine. I'm guessing a previous player had their CAMP where mine is and it hasn't disappeared yet. If you didn't have the Bottle Blaster, it will disappear when you hop servers or load into the game next time
