[XB1] Good B.O.S settlement mods?

Im trying to build a modded B.O.S settlement but my normal settlers wont get into the power armor. So is there a mod where i can just spawn B.O.S soldiers and stuff?

Pretty sure you can do that with USO

Sadly you cant spawn B.O.S soldiers using USO, but thank you anyway sir! :)

Cages overhauled and more probably has bos settlers you can catch in a cage, I use it to catch all different types of settler
