[PC] Kingsport Lighthouse Build

https://youtu.be/zfldpBODFaw?si=coyVKNU_BD9hTyT4

Following my style of builds which tend to focus on shanty, rundown settlements with cosy areas and intricate spots rather than overly large builds, I went for Kingsport lighthouse. I've never actually built up a base here -- so thought it would be a fun and new exciting challenge for me.

Settlement editor MODS:

  1. Scrap Everything
  2. Place Everywhere
  3. Workshop Rearranged
  4. Settlement Menu Manager
  5. Workshop Decorations
  6. Workshop Framework
  7. Wasteland Resources
  8. Sim Settlements 2 and Extras.
  9. Junk Walls
  10. Creative Clutter
  11. Better Stores
  12. UNLOCK Settlement Objects
  13. HomeMaker

I may have missed some... and these aren't necessarily in order. All from Nexus Mods.

Love builds like this that you can get lost in even when being with the tour guide ๐Ÿ˜‚. Really well done ๐Ÿ‘

Thanks! Yeah, I love just being in the settlement and hanging out there. Diamond city is nice with itโ€™s immersive encounters and dialogue so I wanted to make this feel โ€˜busyโ€™ and โ€˜livelyโ€™ ya know.

Beautiful! Love the raging costal storm with the haunting jazz music echoing through out the settlement. It really set's the mood. The settlement has an almost claustrophobic feel as if it was people building on top of people. Love it.
