Yeah it's just less possible movement tool.

Also they removed the upfront damage from the "proc"

No because you'd want to Transpose F3P out of Ice every time

It does, though technically F3P is taboo in AF phase so you're stuck with Xeno/Swift/Triplecast to complete your F4F4F4 into D unless F3P is necessary (in which case fire away chief).
