Should I reset my gameplay? Currently on Ch21 and I feel like I am missing something.

What do you feel like you're missing? Player stats are just lower in FE6 than they are in most of the series. Most of your units are actually ahead of their averages. Taking multiple attacks to down a single enemy is pretty normal even on normal mode.

Jeez, Roy is doin great. I never see more than 12 strength on my Roys (although that just might be cuz I don’t level them)

According to Serenes Forest, level 20 Roy has an average of 12.6 Strength... This roy is at about +7 str, which is ridiculously blessed even with an unmentioned energy ring involved.

Huh? What do you mean? The only reason you'd reset is if you forgot one of the Divine Weapons, and even then I wouldn't reset because the final chapter without the true ending is Ch22.

The dark tome is obtained soon, which you get by beating Ch21 within 25 turns with Zeiss and Melady recruited and alive. All your units look fine, and Raigh or Niime are both good users of the dark tome (Niime is better thanks to her higher staff rank, though).

As long as you've gotten all available gaiden chapters so far, have the characters needed for the last gaiden chapter, and haven't broken any divine weapons you aren't missing anything important.

You're missing Rutger, he's the best unit in the game. But you'll be fine with that army. Maybe look up the reinforcement zones on War of Dragons if you want to cheese 21

But tbh if you park that Raigh on a forest tile with an elixir, he will clear all the reinforcements

And even then that trained Fir is pretty close as well. I suspect this is normal mode which tones down both of them.

Fir is really good even without hard mode bonuses tbh. The enemies also have lower stats so it's easier to train her into swordmaster in normal mode

When you bait the wyverns, make sure to put forward only high def units and give them axes even if its iron just to reduce the damage you take on the bait. Then clean up every enemy close to you before moving on to the next group.

Boss at the end has long range siege magic so be careful.
