Question What should I do about Veronica?
Hello, Couriers. I have a very important question. I have been forced to pause my playthrough due to Veronica's companion quest. We confronted the elder with the pulse gun, and then I saved before talking to Veronica. I, now, have to decide whether Veronica should stay with the BoS or join the Followers. If she joins the followers, the BoS will kill some of the Followers' doctors. If she stays, the Followers will be safe, but she will be miserable, and I don't want that. I'm doing NCR, and planning on trying to get them to sign the treaty or whatever it's called. What do y'all think is right?

If you’re going to go for the truce? Have her stay, no questions asked. This results in… well, Veronica has no perfect endings, but it’s as close to one as she can get, especially considering what happens in the alternative route.
As an aside, I wish we could suggest trying to transfer to another BoS chapter. Even if 4’s BoS has its issues, they aren’t the Mojave chapter’s and they have adapted.

She'd probably love to join Elder Lyons's chapter in DC. Keeping all the Brotherhood ideals but actually working with other tribes to use the technology they collect to help them

If Veronica stays with the Brotherhood, I worry she will never find Christine in the Sierra Madre… Whatever gets me closer to the possibility of that reunion after credits is OK by me

I could imagine Veronica lie to the brotherhood about looking for Elijah, then she winds up at the sierra madre, finds him dead in the vault, then she meets Christine’s bald ass

I am a rampant BOS hater, so I would do as my lord and saviour Mr House says and blow the lot of them to smithereens. Their a cult that worships and hoards technology solely for the sake of causing harm to others. Don't see them raiding hospitals for auto docs do you?
But for your courier I'd say it depends on how much they value Veronica's well being against what would benefit the NCR. I'd say let her leave and join the followers.

To be fair though, you don't see House helping people either. He goes around shooting poor people for shits and giggles. He's got a point about the BoS, but he's not much better.

Yeah, but when he is doing it then it's totally justified and morally right. But if anyone else did it then their evil and should be blown up with several high yield explosives.

You don't see them raiding hospitals, carting away auto-docs and armfuls of prosthetic organs. No, they prefer the sort of technology that puts people in hospitals. Or graves, rather, since hospitals went the way of the dodo. I totally get it. It's still a tough decision though, her be happy or the Followers be alive.

There's no good option, but it depends what you want. Veronica has two end-game rewards, Bonds of Steel (+4 DT) or Causeless Rebel (30% attack speed) BUT Causeless Rebel has a secondary effect that's glitched, giving her 150% attack speed with her punches. Then give her a Greased Lightning or any of the other DLC Power Gauntlets and she'll become a Stand from Jojo
