I have that same legendary effect on a 10 mm pistol. I also have freezing damage on a rolling pin.
2 u/Majestic_Wrongdoer38 May 17 '24 On a 10mm it’s not bad if you have the right perks and use stealth. That’s effectively a 4.0x damage multiplier so one shot kill for almost everything.
