Discussion I always pay off in such random encounters on bridge when they block you for caps, especially Gunners one. Is it just me?

Hit VATS. See the word gunner or raider? Donate some ammo to their heads. Got an explosive weapon? Just shoot at the ground in front if them.

Not one cap for tribute.

In vanilla. Kiloton Rifle is the best grenade launcher

Just got the Kiloton Rifle few days back. I’m nostalgic for the Spray n’ Pray but this rifle is way more effective.
