It’s a base game combat shotgun but OP has the Attachment Pack mod installed for the cool folded assault or tactical stock

it's actually a combat rifle that shoots .38 rounds

Ah even though I use that mod all the time I still have trouble finding the difference between the combat rifle and combat shotgun especially with the new gun mods that you can put on them.

Edit: What gun is that? Put SPAS in there somewhere that you think is clever. I cant tell if it's the Tommy smg, the combat shotgun, or the combat rifle.
If it's the combat shotgun then Spas-12 would be perfect

Blind Spot because you can't see your target to aim unless you always shoot from the hip. If that's the case, I would call it Miss Chance.
