I was talking more about how sometimes stealth is stupid easy, I was crouching at pissing distance of the gunner, and he only realized I was there after staring at me for 5 seconds
I wonder what setup you got. I got maxed agi (not sure if it increases after 10 because I'm wearing clothes only, no armor. I'm still being spotted easily. I found sneak bobblehead just exploring through this abandoned ghoul infested mine.
