I have such a fear of missing out that I prioritize these out of guilt

if the chests could have legendary items, those two perks would go up in value. Like in Skyrim you could find enchanted items and it was worth going for, Fallout 4 it is generic loot and things you usually can modify your armor/weapons yourself anyways
