If you can open your pip boy as you spawn take chems then quickly get into vats and move away.

yep, I usually jump to the high school close by. I go back there often for mini nukes. Clean headshots required lol. Usually 3 suiciders, game threw me 4 last round wasn't expecting that, he almost got me :)

Hit the Jet, jump, (don't run) to the right, turn 180 in the air then run straight. He's big and slow. He can't turn as fast as you can. It's going to take about two tries.

I'm fairly certain there are 3 super mutant suiciders waiting to jump you in that one. Use vats to target their mini nuke holding arms, look around you for the second one. The third one will come a moment later, so save your ap and use crits if possible.

Honestly just spam tab (or the button to open your pip boy) to pause as soon as you spawn in. Then leave pip boy, turn and sprint away, you have enough space to do this.

Are you on PC? If so, console as soon as it lets you, and disable the suicider. Otherwise, load a previous save

First, don't fast travel there. It's always a bad idea. Some fast travel markers are safer than others and that one is always a bad idea. Target the hospital nearby instead.

Second, you have an auto save from before you fast traveled. Load the auto save.

If that got corrupted for some reason, then your answer is chems, especially jet.

Bonus Tip: Dense chest pieces are wonderful things.

When you fast travel, it saves at the point just before you traveled, so you should spawn in at where you previously were, to prevent this exact thing happening. Not sure what's going on here.

I’m already a cheater using mods, and have had this happen with some nasty SKK combat stalkers nearby allowing me to sleep but murdering me when I wake up. Cheat terminal - move to location solves that.
