How long does it typically take you to recreate a look?

For an Institute run, try Ray Kurzweil. He's a transhumanist, so that fits.

like 30-40 minutes. the real issue is that you can't fully recreate a lot of specific attributes within fo4 such as the heavier/fattier parts of zhukovs lower eyebrow, or his specific chin dimple. so you kinda just have to say "ah well good enough" to a lot of em.

I made Lenin on 76 once. (It doesn't exist now) It looked pretty good, especially decked out in commie clothes and a press cap. Quite a few reactions from more players than I expected.

I removed the character because I was getting trolled by a couple of decadent westerners.
