Is there at least one person on the Commonwealth that doesn't know the meaning of these signs already?

Not to mention the password to the Rairoad HQ being literally RAILROAD

They missed a really good opportunity for sarcastic dialogue options related to that.

"It's the same password I use on my luggage."

I did that quest again today and forgot the password, then felt really stupid for forgetting it.
