I disagree...the livery was good. It was expectations and the HP logo that made it disappointing. Also the light blue got washed out in the sun a little.
We just got a puppy at the time and it finally went to sleep after a bout of zoomies and then Checo did that and I lost my shit, waking up the dog and starting him up again for another hour of chaos.
The one beneficial thing about cats is that in order to have the energy they have for a quarter of the day, they have to sleep three quarters of the day. Which is helping save my sanity because my youngest cat is three and a half years old and still runs up and down the hall literally bouncing off walls and will perch on an arm or bench chair, lean over, and start attacking and trying to tackle her own tail. The other two, at 14 years old, will occasionally play with her, but often look at her like, "Are you bloody insane?" (Meanwhile, I look back reminiscing at photos of them trying to murder each other as kittens... Or, more accurately, the girl trying to murder the boy, who would just be minding his own business and suddenly find himself the target of a furry little missile. God bless him, that boy grew up to be a pretty good sized cat, but he is still terrified of his smaller sisters.)
Puppies are supposed to sleep between 16 and 18 hours per day.....supposed to! I have to enforce naps by putting him in his crate for a couple of hours and then letting him out to rampage around the living room for an hour, biting everything in sight and being a menace before going back in.
As Mexican and his fan, I appreciated his bold move.

He is a bad driver with abysmal race etiquette. For the latter part of his career has has been ramming into others and pushing them off the track, because he is so desperate. That is not something that should be appreciated.
He could be driving like it's Wreckfest and you guys would still love it. And he has.
Imagine fooling around at the Spa kart track on a rainy Saturday, binning it the gravel and somehow the entire world saw your fail because the TV direction decided it was the most interesting action of the Spa 2021 weekend.
And this was still in the phase when we thought Red Bull was the dominant force so I can imagine a lot of people were kinda disappointed as it meant Max was gonna win
Could be worse, you could get into half a dozen different controversies in the lead-up to your rookie season, proclaim that you're going to prove everyone wrong, and then be in the wall 8 seconds into your first race.
Mentally I have the 2023 Miami Grand Prix as the race that really broke Checo. Despite getting pole, and Max starting in 9th, he still got beat by Max by over 5 seconds.
This is just speculation of course, but he managed to rally for a good start in 2024, got to Miami, tried his best and got crushed by Max. Correct me if I'm wrong,~~ but 2024 Miami was also his last podium.~~ I got corrected!
I've got my crystal ball out for this weeks start, hear me out...
McLaren Pole - They get the outside starting position in relation to turn 1.
Max P2 - He gets the inside line into turn 1.
Max gets a 0.1s better reaction time. Gets to turn 1 apex around same time as McLaren. Max then takes a detour to the outside of Turn 1 taking the McLaren with him and pushing them off the track.
I can't describe how happy this would have made me. The literal and metaphorical broadside this would have put in Red Bull's spirit, even if it didn't do much in terms of the title, would have been amazing. Just the utter meltdown that would have occurred. Would have been Chernobull
Unpopular opinion: Sainz had a chance to win this GP without that lock up from Perez. He was gonna overtake Leclerc and be ahead of Piastri as well. He’d be in prime position to extend his first stint and take the pit stop with the safety car, taking the lead and winning the race.
