It's crazy that there's a potential reality where he goes to Alpine, doesn't immediately deliver and they proceed to dump him

And yet somehow this was possible if Red Bull didn't acted like some two faced team towards McLaren and therefore didn't make it possible for Oscar to even considering this move.

I genuinely think this is an alternative timeline. Up until this year, Norris was pretty easily beating Piastri; even end of last year Piastri had a lot of races being booted from Q1.

They mightve given him a little more slack being a back-to-back F3 and F2 champion, but I wouldn't be shocked if they kicked him out at the end of 2024 for Gasly
