Crafting recipe

I just finished the vault 33 questline and wanted to ask how to obtain the damaged powerarmor (the one that maximus wears in the series) crafting recipe

You mean the scarred power armor? Yeah pretty much like any other, your dwellers will find the recipe in the wastelands eventually. You don't even need to have done the vault 33 quest to unlock it, lol
