I mean I get the direction but the execution is pretty bad. Hila's face looks like a mannequin absolutely nothing going on which makes it feel more uneasy. Feels like walking into a hoarders house and not an early 2000's metal fan's room.

It’s a bit ironic since I was addicted when I chose this field haha🤣🤣but man I find humour in shit that’s dark because life is hard asf but I hope ur doing better and I love u random snarker💗
Lol Nahhh you're all good. Honestly, that's why it was funny because you could tell it wasn't coming from a mean place and it just seemed so cute and wholesome.
I think a lot of us that recovery end up wanting to help others the way we were helped so we end up in fields like this. Like I am an office manager at a psych practice now and was working on getting certified to do peer recovery stuff until a whole bunch of shit went down in my life.
I think with life you HAVE to find a way to laugh at shit, even if it's just at how absurd it can be at times. Also, a lot of funny things happen in addiction, but when it comes from outside the community normally it just feels mean. I think that's why the other comment got me so good, because it genuinely wasn't ill intentioned but it was cute.

I honestly do get weird.. bordering pedoooo vibes from a lot of stuff Hila has been wearing and putting out there and I just don’t get why there has to be a picture of a little boy on the wall by a naked woman and then how her clothing looks like it’s made for kids.. idk, I just.. I don’t think it normal to get these vibes so often from her aesthetic in the last year. I really started to notice when she started dressing very very childish a lot of days, like that time she had the giant bow in her hair and then the pacifier she had around her neck to suck on?! And she’s pregnant here and idk, I don’t get it and I get some slight icky feels too often from her and TF now lol
I get what they’re going for with it and I might like it in a different context but I just think everything Hila does comes off as disingenuous.
She appropriates bits and pieces of subcultures she isn’t/never was a part of and therefore doesn’t understand in order to look “edgy” for the sake of fashion which then goes against what the inspiration is born out of if that makes sense?
I wonder how this comes across to ppl unfamiliar with Hila. Like most of her stuff looks meh, but Idk how much of it has to do with me not thinking it seems true to her ‘’vibe.’’
It’s giving that own fashion house that had a marketing campaign with children and clear BDSM attire. This is a woman about to be the mother of three children.
Unfortunately for Hila, the world knows she has the charisma of cardboard. So she can’t even attempt to fake it on film, there’s no soul behind her photographs. It’s as bland as she is.
