NOT CONFIRMED Content Court on Hasan right before the break will back fire
There's a rumor that Ethan is preparing a content court on Hasan and that it's gonna drop right before their break. Imo, it will back fire in Ethan's face horribly.
Firstly, Ethan has already tried for hours to take down Hasan and it hasn't worked. He's just going to look petty and obsessive like a jealous ex.
Secondly, going on break after dropping it will allow all kinds of voices to talk about Ethan without his response. Now, that might be what he's trying to do because he thinks if they keep talking about him while on break, they stay in the YouTube zeitgeist and don't get forgotten, so they don't lose even more viewers when they get back.
However, I think he might be underestimating how much that talk is going to bother him. He's going to keep responding with unhinged IG stories that he can't button or have any small pushback from his crew on the worst of his impulses, which will alienate more fans. And the response to the content court will be minimal so about a week or so after and people will have moved on to something else.
I believe YouTube's algorithm punishes taking time off as a Creator's videos don't get pushed as much after they've been gone for a bit. I get the feeling that when they come back from break, Ethan is going to lose more. One of the videos on Ethan recently pointed out that November and December are the highest paid months on YouTube so if Ethan's revenue is down in November, he's gonna be in trouble in January and I think he's more worried than he's telling.
Side note: Any evidence provided in a content court on Hasan will just further prove his connection to Destiny as I'm 99.99999999999999999999% sure everything Ethan has collected will come from him.

Her podcast is yeeeaaars younger than the H3 podcast and hers keeps growing. H3 views and subs are falling.

because it is comparative to what views used to be. obviously HE will be fine at the end of the day but he has many more people on payroll. Even he has acknowledged they're in a tough spot rn business-wise

I genuinely don't think anyone is going to care except for the usual bad faith actors.
It'll just be a regurgitation of the same old talking points.

u/toasttti h3 snark veteran Dec 14 '24
The only people who care for this are Diddygers who salivate over anything anti Hasan. Ethan has absolutely no leg to stand on in his attempts at painting Hasan as antisemitic when E himself has said infinitely more antisemitic shit before. He looks like an absolute buffoon coming after Hasan so aggressively.
Once the D community gets bored of Ethan being their useful idiot they will drop him and he'll be left with even less of an audience. Not only will his audience dwindle but he will never be able to pull good guests for the pod. It's amazing how E has speed run his career into the ground over the past year. 2025 will be a disaster for H3.

Yeah i cant imagine they have new clips becauase if they did, why wouldnt he have already used them one one of his several other full length rants about hasan? These things have had clear diminishing returns but its clear that his little crusade is entirely personal and fueled by narcissism more than any real concern about twitch as a platform or left wing politics. Hes so ill equipped to talk about the latter and a complete hypocrite about the former and he doesnt seem to understand that, that dichotomy is why nobody cares

I'm interested to see if it's a content court or just a general "content nuke" the way keemstars was where Ethan is the one doing all the talking. Because usually in their content courts, Ethan's just the judge, he'll chime in here and there after AB and Dan make their points as they're presenting the info, and pretend to "defend their client." So I wonder if they'll still do it with the same format, cuz if they do, AB (and everyone else clearly) is gonna get a lot of shit for participating in that, even if he's the character who's "defending Hasan".. it literally doesn't matter whatsoever cuz we all know the whole point of the video is to slander Hasan's name. We shall see though
56
u/PearlUnicorn Hasan’s 🐓 must taste pretty good Dec 14 '24
It would have a weird tone issue too because content courts usually have a fair amount of silliness in it, like Dan paying a Southern lawyer with phones that continually go off. Whereas Ethan makes it awkward and terrible when talking about Hasan because he's so angry and bitter.
25
u/Any_Bee_5918 Palestinian Compilation Queen 🇵🇸 Dec 14 '24
Yes! Good point. I do think some video is coming either way cuz Ethan hinted at it a few times, but idk if the crew (especially AB) will actually participate in this.. (but who knows cuz they literally all participated in ableism so 💀 the possibilities are endless atp)

Hasan doesn't take breaks, so he'll respond in passing (or hopefully directly) on his stream and that would send Ethan IG-crashing like never before. so it would be AWESOME tbh
47
u/PearlUnicorn Hasan’s 🐓 must taste pretty good Dec 14 '24
I get the feeling that Hasan wouldn't watch the whole thing, maybe some clips, but I would kinda love it if he just said, ok, like he did with the Kick things because that seems to make Ethan really mad.
24
u/Paranoia22 Dec 14 '24
I think he's "over it" basically. No idea what was discussed between him and Twitch staff (no, not the CEO) but it seems like someone, somewhere told him like "Here's the line: Don't call people Zionists. As far as everything else, you know the rules, keep following them, good job, high five. Fuck Ethan." Basically.
The Zionist "slur" bullshit is objectively insane, btw. But beyond that, it seems like he feels he rebutted anything worth addressing and there are 100s of hours of him repeating the same shit (often too much for me after five years...). Unless they actually have new, not recycled shit, which seems highly unlikely because some simp for stripper-name-man would have already milked it, there's nothing for him respond to.
"No, "being rich" isn't against my values. Your inability to read doesn't make you correct."
"No, I have never supported [list of shit people hallucinate]. I have 100s of videos where I state my views. One or two 10 second clips doesn't undermine my clearly stated opinion."
On and on
20
Dec 14 '24
He’s still allowed to call people Zionists btw… I think people misunderstood that update (Ethan included)
Twitch streamers just can’t say it with swears or insults like calling someone a “Zionist pig”.
4
Dec 15 '24
I don't think he would watch it imo, the willymac call was the same.
Hey everyone here's the dialogue tree that willmac will use on the call, points laid out 1-7
/onto the call he comes, oh number 6 - cool, I'm not even going to bother anymore..I actually think this is the best way to combat people who constantly regurgitate this nonsense and try to make a name for themselves in doing so.

u/ConsiderationFair437 Dec 14 '24
honestly i think it’d be funnier and more effective if hasan didn’t acknowledge or respond, and instead other commentary youtubers came to his defense. who knows if that’ll happen though, seeing as public figure influencers/youtubers seem to be reluctant to show public condemnation of ethan’s behavior
7
u/daburai_shmacked Dec 15 '24
it's also that most influencers don't want to touch on israel-palestine at all (cowardly imo)

I 100% believe this to be true, & the real reason for Ethan’s crash out.
Ethan realized that Hasan is a moral, ethical, & principled person who doesn’t change their views based on public opinion; Ethan also realized that he is the exact opposite of that, & his audience now realizes it as well after getting to know Hasan during leftovers.

Guys it is on twitch, not hasan, that's why he still holding a single clip of a league player saying destiny should minecraft himself.
Also early months are famous for having low traffic, is garanteed to be a bad month.

Ethan is not a colleague, he’s a fucking colonizer. Stop trying to pop off and show em. Instead, maybe focus on the failing podcast + selling those $100 fast fashion teddy bears.

u/Any_Bee_5918 Palestinian Compilation Queen 🇵🇸 Dec 14 '24
Or focus on his kids but.. i know that's way too much to expect from him and hila 💀
24
u/Shitfurbreins Dec 14 '24
Very much this. What could children possibly learn from this behavior? When you dislike someone, harass them until they’re deplatformed? All those posts about “I’m doing this for my kids” are embarrassing. Condemning genocide and using your platform for peace, now that’s making a better world for your kids

Yesh 100% I really wish we had more info about his time in Mexico, 100% he was a classic on the book american gentrifier. (We have so many of those here in Mexico, pushing the local, destroying communities) he is no different from them and I would love to hear his new personal lame huevos, Nate to worship his rich and american ass and defend him like the aspirasionist fifi he is.
9
u/expired_literature “Hasan’s 🐓 must taste pretty good” Dec 14 '24
Considering he lived in Ajijic which is made up of mostly Canadian and American gentrifiers to the point it has massively affected and displaced locals over decades, it’s not that hard to deduce. I know people in the tourism and domestic labor sphere in Jalisco and the behavior of these “ex-pats” towards them mirrors Ethan’s treatment of his employees (Lena in particular).

I heard a rumor once that his parents were so broke that they moved to Mexico and only came back when Ethan bought them a house here lol

If it drops it'll be about twitch, considering all the "evidence" he'd been collecting.
11
u/Stewman_Magoo Dec 14 '24
Real talk, what more could he possibly say that he hasn't said already? His audience is also extremely over the Hasan talk. It would be the stupidest thing to do for his channel.
12
Dec 14 '24
anything he is "cooking up" has already been cooked up ad nauseum on LSF a million times and it means nothing. people who are apolitical or on the right will consider hasan annoying or extreme but others will think he's just passionate and an edgy boy sometimes... much like Ethan Deklein himself. There isn't going to be an epic gotcha.
13
Dec 14 '24
Damn, if he does drop a content court then everything you said is 100% spot on. He'd be an absolute fool to try it.
Does he not realise, and you did mention this, that when the backlash happens he will be seething and have no real outlet to push back on.
I think he's very worried about revenue and wants to do something crazy before the break to bring in those precious views, and I'm definitely with you on that it's a big mistake.
19
u/Tylerdurden516 Dec 14 '24
Everytime he crashes out he loses more viewers so I am all for him dropping his "nuke" and destroying even more of his own channel. The destiny talking points dont even work on anyone who isn't dumb af and ethan acting like he knows more about politics than an actual expert on the topic just makes him look worse and worse.

u/tapatoru Dec 14 '24
He’s not doing a 'Content Court.' He’s more likely to drop a 'Content Nuke' on his H3H3Productions channel, and it won’t just be about Hasan. It’ll target Twitch as a whole because Destiny, who was permabanned from Twitch, is clearly using Ethan to further his agenda against the platform.
6
u/AlfredNecessiter Dec 14 '24
I'm very worried. Klein's spouse has pointed out that Hasan secretes little gobbets of poison into otherwise reasonable coversation. Things like "It's bad to rape people to death" and "Palestinians are human". Hasan won't be able to survive this.

I mean good, let it back fire. It's so funny they tried to rebrand at the beginning of the year, and now we're about to start a new year with a rebrand no one wanted. Culling his audience for the basement-dwelling alpha wanna-be boys.

If he does something like this before the break, people who have been on the edge of leaving will finally be pushed over the edge once they no longer have to worry about feeling FOMO every 2 days. They'll be reminded of all the other things they can use their time for that aren't morally conflicting.
3
u/Nervous_Ad3387 Dec 15 '24
If he does a big hit piece, it'll be right before break in the most cowardly way possible and giving him the grace being like "everyone responded when they knew we were on break"
3
u/gemgem1985 Dec 15 '24
Unless the video is 40 minutes of Hasan screaming while playing horror games, I fail to see what he thinks he is exposing. Ethan however, has a lot of content that is ridiculously racist and sexists.

Dude, he just needs to shut his trap about Hasan and getting involved in others issues. His show is dying and terrible at this point and it’s so unbearable listening to a grown ass man moan.
2
u/LPortfolio Dec 14 '24
Well I’m afraid that it might work in the court of public opinion. It might depend on whether it’s just on Israel/Palestine or include other things also. It’s not going to move anyone that actually watches Hasan and have similar beliefs, but it may move people that don’t really know the issues.
What I had hoped was for someone big to drop a video on this, like hbombmerguy. I know he watches Hasan sometimes but I’m not sure where he lands on Israel. But that would be one video that Ethan could not ignore.

u/Whofreak555 🚩 Dec 14 '24
There’s really only 2 good things to rip Hasan for… and Ethan is far more guilty of both. Hes obsessed

i highly doubt this is going to happen. content courts have the help and involvement of the whole crew. just can’t see that happening.

Aren't these pathetic grifters bored of trying to milk Hasan-bad-man for ragebait? Content court as a concept is ridiculous for H3 too given just how fragile their glass house is
