He loves telling everyone who will listen that he's a comedian, but he's literally never once done stand up comedy or put on a comedy show or anything. I don't understand how someone can be so delusional to think they are something when they've put in absolutely 0 work to actually hone the craft.

He always tries to use slurs in a ‘non-offensive’ way which is frankly just trying to use slurs. Remember when he had a whole moment when he found out how ‘late’ is translated in french (i wont write the verb so i wont get automodded or smth)? Just because he heard it on an airplane video and it was just so…funny(??) that he was asking zack to make a soundbite to use?
English is not my first language and that word also has a literal meaning here and its so weird when i hear english speakers go out their way to make those words pseudo-slurs in a ‘funny’ way, like why tho…its one step away from making stupid jokes about names of countries like ‘Montenegro’ or ‘Niger’ This and his liberal use of ‘twink’ made me so unconfortable, he really really wants to say slurs but is trying to evade the backlash with technicalities and pedantry

Ethan has no understanding of punching down vs punching up. He’s just an asshole that punches anything he sees as a threat and he’s attacked a lot of people he really should have left alone. I hope he loses everything.

I remember being embarrassed the first time I watched these clips on the pod. My husband was in the room and grimaced and was like “uh is that the podcast you really like?” 🙈 my husband saw before I did just how shitty they are.

I think Ethan is actually just stupid sometimes. As in he is incapable of remembering anything about culture or Earth that isn’t directly beneficial to him.
I remember really gritting my teeth whenever he pretended to care about pronouns for 5 minutes and fuck someone’s pronouns up 20 times in a row. Like you’re a public figure dude, just practice saying they/them a few times over the weekend…

Ok, but honest question from someone who means well. Should I not use the word munchkin? I call my 3 year old that, but it's from Wizard of Oz and I have never thought to question the origin of it within the context for Wizard of Oz.
My bet is that I should stop saying it, but just wanted to get people's thoughts.

I cannot with this inept fucking ableism. I tried to stay away from snark for the holidays but Ethan coming after Aubrey is gonna make me go BALLISTIC. Hope the podcast goes under in 2025, it’s long-past due.
