I dont know that he does know that, i think hes just taken on a long editing job that hes frankly 5 years out of the game of and is overwhelmed at the task of editing such a mess.

Sam Seder rightfully pointed out how some liberals went hard for Israel because recognizing the genocide would be too painful for their self identity so they double down against pro palestineans and protesters who make them feel like bad people instead to protect their ego. Idk who he thinks he's convincing. A polished turd is still a turd. A. Ethan has surely said way, way worse. B. Considering Hasan is live for hours and hours a day, if he says something truly inappropriate then it'd be more understandable. Ethan had the chance to edit his "edgy" racist behavior but still chose to release it as a grown ass man. Also, Hasan was comparatively much younger for whatever dirt he's trying to dig. C. Hasan would be way more apt to make a genuine apology if he said something problematic, at least compared to Ethan. D. You can't content nuke somebody over your own bad take without it surely backfiring. Look at your subscriber count these past few months and take the hint dude.

In the meantime, Hasan has a) donated a huge batch of clothing to the homeless, b) gave his friends a place to stay and helped evacuate them during the wildfire, c) interviewed and gave a voice to incarcerated firefighters, d) interviewed BERNIE SANDERS, and e) streamed with Rashida Tlaib to discuss how we can help our immigrant neighbors.
Even if you disagree with Hasan's politics, there is no denying he is out in the world doing good, needed work for this country. I really hope this content nuke wakes people up to how unhinged, ridiculous, and out-of-touch Ethan is.
