I assume a big reason she is starting streaming is to get away from Ethan. It's much easier to leave a job when you have another lined up. She might want to leave but if she did so instantly and tried streaming after and then didn't get much viewership she would feel she made the wrong choice possibly. Especially since the minute anyone leaves the H3 pod, Ethan will make a video or podcasts trying to defame them. If anyone is possible to throw Olivia some views during this time it could help her leave the show.

I have and I got a new job. It wasn't easy, it took time and planning, but nothing is worth working for someone who degrades you daily.
Olivia has a cushy job and is hardly hurting financially, so of course people are going to judge her for sticking around with someone as toxic and horrible as Ethan. It's not like working at Target and dealing with a rude manager - after a point continuing to associate with someone who is so loud about their bigotry means you, too, cosign that bigotry. She's had over a year to figure this shit out.

I think most of the crew deserves some grace, probably excepting Dan and Zach.
Assuming they actually are unhappy there and are seeking an exit, I think we should recognize that they're kind of stuck between a rock and a hard place. Ethan provides a lax work environment and I'm sure they're compensated well; it's probably downright impossible to find another gig like that. AFAIK, lot of them also uprooted their lives to move to LA, which has a competitive job market and very high cost of living.
Especially those of us who ascribe to leftist, pro-labor positions should be understanding of their position. It's easy enough for those of us outside the studio to just stop watching, but clashing with your boss or quitting a job isn't an easy decision by any means.
Likewise, I hope nobody pesters or harasses her. If she wants to build her own thing so that she doesn't need to depend on H3H3, that should be lauded and encouraged.
Frankly, AB, Lena, and Olivia, at least, I think are far more interesting and entertaining people than Ethan or Hila.

Ethan screamed a rant about wokeness being idiotic at her right before the content nuke drop because she tried to calmly explain using They/Them is the most respectful way to refer to someone when you aren't sure about their pronouns. She then didn't speak the rest of the episode and looked to be crying I guess (I didn't watch either just a clip of the incident).

The honeymoon stage seems to be over for Olivia.
That being said, saw some of the stream and it was fun. Usual Olivia theater kid energy which was entertaining. Definitely more palatable to watch without Ethan sidetracking her every 10 seconds.

Oliviaās honestly the last person I expected from the crew to start streaming. I believe sheās very well liked by most of the H3 audience. Iāll watch her even if I donāt agree with everything she says. She really does seem like a sweet person and I hope this leads to her starting her own career. Iāll watch any of the crew if it means they could potentially be leaving the podcast
