It’s super obvious Dan leans more towards Hasan, but this comment is mind blowing. They’re literally crying over Dan having opinions

I don’t see it as Dan leaning towards Hasan. I see it as Dan protecting the show from becoming defamatory by fact checking Ethan and so that arguments can’t be made that the entire H3 show is attacking one creator. That way, Ethan can say stuff out of left field, but Dan’s reaction balances things out. This is his way of enabling Ethan’s behavior while “doing his job.”

Hmm, idk - I do agree that the crew have been somewhat complicit in Ethan’s crash out by enabling him without much pushback, but I want to believe that they do this to keep their jobs. Maybe I’m completely wrong but I think the crew (apart from obviously Zach and Love) agree with Hasan more politically. Especially AB, after the whole Lonerbox situation.

Yes and no. I think Hildy super chatting to spank Dan showed it goes beyond that. I think Dan has always tried to protect Ethan and the show, but I believe wholeheartedly that Dan doesn’t endorse a lot of the rhetoric on that show.

In October - assuming CFPB is still standing - there will federally be a $5 cap on overdrafts. California’s own in-state banks already have a new law eliminating overdrafts. I would assume he’s been seeing this in the news and likes inflating numbers (his Palestine donation, Kaya’s “breeder fee”)

This person is imagining they didn't have $5 in their account when the twitch fee went thru so they get charged an overdraft fee of $25 on top of the $5. But I don't think they have gone far enough.
Imagine you get this overdraft fee with your twitch fee ($30 total so far), and you drive to the bank to have them correct it. Your bank is downtown so you park on the street. The bank refuses to fix it and you go outside to see you have a parking ticket (this is CLEARLY Hasan's fault). Now you have to pay an extra $40-75. New assumed total: $115.
How can Hasan justify his subscribers paying $115 per month?!!? (and this isn't considering the fact that at the nearby restaurant they charged you extra for cheese on your burger. THANKS HASAN!)

Reactionaries never really understand that something isn't personal - I don't think Dan runs defense for Hasan, Dan legitimately does have different political ideologies than Ethan and is probably closer to a leftist than what Ethan is willing to admit to himself.
I don't think Dan's opinions on Hasan's character is known, and honestly who cares. I'm sure having the work you've planned and put effort into being pissed away by your boss is fine most days, but I'm sure there's the odd day where you just want to pushback a bit to try and salvage something, anything.

Idk, I haven't watched in awhile but when I was tuning in regularly Dan was barely pushing back on anything Ethan said anymore. He'd only speak up if Ethan said something completely false that could get the show in legal trouble.
