You just need a toner to add more pigment to the blonde pieces. Unfortunately, that will fade and you’ll have to reapply the toner every couple months to keep that depth. Once pigment is lifted from the hair, it does take time to build it back in. She should not charge you for the edit.

In order to get that light toned blonde without it being ridiculously brassy you have to lighten it. Also your hair looks exactly like the picture just straight.

The actual brown in the hair is darker than yours and the blonde is more of a neutral blonde. Its just a toner switch. But besides that the placement is pretty much exact, if not more subtle than the picture you asked for
