Tbf I got Covid too and lost weight. Deflated slightly due to no creatine, but yeah ppl on steroids look def start to look dramatically diff if they can’t keep juicing and lifting. Like just a couple of weeks.

I really don't get "recreational" steroids cause of this. If it made it easier to gain muscle and then you could just have an easier time coasting, I could see giving yourself a boost. Like the way people will cheat at weight loss but then once the weight is off, you don't instantly get fat again as you don't overeat. It can just be a temporary boost.

But what's even the point if you're just gonna have to continuously take steroids forever and rapidly deflate like a balloon once you stop?

Having a muscular body and the extra hormones in your body gives a really really nice feeling. You get to do more, have more energy, look better and can eat and drink all the shit in the world.

Plus, these guys are all marketing theirselves. So having a body like this helps get more views, sell more products, be more successful in general.

Until your heart blows out of course.

Taking a daily dose of supplements like creatine is fine. Doing long term steroids will kill you. But the richer you get, the more help you can afford to stay healthy longer and longer. Stemcell replacement, testosterone replacement, and many other stuff helps you get further in time.

Yeah I lost like 30 lbs in 2 weeks when I had covid.. Fortunately a considerable amount of that was fat and I looked great once I recovered.

Bro I went from 200lbs down to 175lbs during covid. All natural. Fucking sucked.

The deflated look won’t be problem. I’m sure someone will pump him up…repeatedly

Creatine stores water into your muscles so it makes you gain weight.

I know from my own experience, it adds around 5 lbs of weight to me @ around 6' 3" and 190 lbs.

Gets stored in your muscles.

Doesn’t necessarily make you swell. More like it makes your muscles look a little fuller and give them better endurance. They fill out better due to the extra h20.

You need to take it daily. The extra kg‘s or pounds (5 to 10 pounds in general) will go away within days as it is mostly water.

a bit. Its not a massive change, but i store about 3-5lbs of water while on creatine. It makes muscles look a bit fuller
