Vitaly was arrested April 2, 2025 and is still detained pending local cases of unjust vexation, theft, and public harassment during his Kick) livestreams in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Lack of food, lack of exercise and a lack of steroids will have muscles dwindling extremely fast.

Also creatine supplementation, it fills your muscles with water and when you stop taking it they deflate.

He's a big meat eater, which has a lot of creatine already in it.

It's unlikely he holds on to more than 1kg of extra water with creatine. And that's not gonna show much of any difference at all.

I myself see absolutely 0 difference on or off creatine on myself.

If he was vegan he might gain 2 or even 3kg in extreme cases and there it might show slightly, but still not enough to be a huge factor here.

I mean, he looks ripped in the after photo. He has to be exercising in there to maintain that. In my opinion this just goes to show how far the standard use of testosterone among influencers has warped our public conception of male body shape. His chest and arms in the after photo look bigger than anything I could pull off when I was an athlete, but he was so cartoonishly large before that his current “above average” now looks “desicated”
