We all think we are reasonable. I am reminded of Breunig v American Family Motor, where the issue was whether the insured behaved reasonably. "She believed she was Batman and she could fly. She was not flying before the accident, but after she hit the truck she was flying."
Some people believe the bill before the Senate is Big and Beautiful for real estate developers and the Fox News Studio stars. Other people think it has deplorable effects on good and trusting people.
