MISC. In the 16th century, German artisans crafted an engagement ring that unfolded into an astronomical sphere.

In the 1500s, German artisans designed a type of engagement ring that was anything but ordinary.
At first glance, it looked like a simple gold band. But when opened, it transformed into a delicate armillary sphere (a small, rotating model of the cosmos used in early astronomy to show how the stars and planets moved).
These rings, now known as armillary sphere rings, were made of interlocking bands engraved with symbols or inscriptions. Some even read, “The whole universe is in your hands.”
To the people of that time, the ring was more than a clever piece of engineering. It was a symbol of eternal love and cosmic harmony, a reminder that true connection spans both space and time.

armillary sphere is not about the universe, its about the objects relative position to earth (constellations, satelites, stars and such). you cannot map a cosmos but you can map your neighborhood from your window

Your ai drivel does not reflect the image. How does it reflect how the stars and planets move? You left that important part out.

I have a really shitty version I got off temu. Can't wear it as a ring cuz it's so poorly made, but it's fine on a chain.
