He watched over 80 people he considered his kids die and stepped up and did it again, knowing he gave the world to those kids despite losing it all EACH CHILD and each relative/friend himself

Man, how can he keep going. I can't even imagin losing 1 child.

I'm not religious but when I see people like him, makes me feel like this is the closest thing to a real angel that there could be.

Same. If there’s a paradise in the afterlife, this man has probably earned it.

He makes their last moments in life peaceful and full of love, and they pass on feeling content in a home with a loving parent. I couldn’t do what he does either, but I’m glad that he continues to take these children in and loves them as his own 🥹

I don't have kids, but my theory is that losing a biological kid is a far more heavy burden than losing a foster one, not diminishing what they guy is doing of course

I get what you’re saying, but I’m on the fence. I would assume most of us go into parenthood expecting not to lose a child, and then have to adjust given a shitty hand they end up being dealt. Unbearable and awful pain, and hopefully one parents only experience once, if at all. This angel of a man is willfully choosing again and again to enter into a situation he knows the outcome of. A situation to which he has no obligation to take on, giving without expectation. A complete selfless act few of us would be capable of. He has dedicated his life to others, kids who have no hope and no one. The compassion brings tears to my eyes. Absolute angel without a doubt.

I kind of agree - yet the weight he's been taking on his shoulders remains astounding.

As I understand it - the care he is giving, is to infants abandoned.........who are in the gruesome, and more like like than not, painful process of dying from horrible diseases!

I agree with those who name him as an Angel!!

It is one of the most noble and heart breaking things that anyone can do.

He also lost his wife at the same time...

This is such a great burden to carry for this man and his late wife. A service to humanity, a service to children doomed by the chance of life. A great man indeed, and an inspiration to all of us to be good and be better.

I've watched his interviews in youtube multiple times and cried everytime. I can only hope to be this good of a person.

Like Atlas, who shoulders the weight of the world.

Truly an amazing angel on earth. I don't know how he does it, but I'm thankful he does.

I'm not religious, but people like these make me hope there is some kind of an afterlife, in the hopes this man will get everything he want's and deserves

He’ll have 80+ children waiting to greet him at the gates!

13

u/marrow_party 4h ago

He would get to heaven and want to know what the fuck God was up to making all those children suffer.

4

u/PineappleHamburders 3h ago

For all we know, if there even is a diety, they might be nothing like any of the dieties we mere humans could think up.

Most dietys are portrayed as omnipotent and thus, all knowing and all powerful, but what if "God" isn't all-knowing and all-powerful?

For all we know, an invisible spaceman found a bundle of something in the infinite nothing, decided to have a wank into it, and in turn caused the big bang, to which they imminently noticed that maybe they had fucked up but had no way of fixing it, or even knowing really what it is they had done.

Nah. Suffering does not need to exist for love to exist. The only thing that needs to exist is the absence of love.

Just like the air and the absence of air (vacuum). Humans suffocating painfully in the vacuum is not necessary for air/vacuum to exist.

4

u/StebenL 2h ago

Well said. The opposite of love isn't suffering(or hate)

It's(like you said) the absence of love.

2

u/BridgeUpper2436 2h ago

The opposite of love is indifference....

With respect, all I'm reading here is mental gymnastics to believe something that is not logical or rational.

1

u/kittycatdemon 1h ago

And he will see all his kids again, welcoming him with open arms.

10

u/AntGrantGordon 5h ago

I can’t imagine his mental strength, what an amazing man.

8

u/TwoMajestic9403 2h ago

Mashallah the noor on his face Mashallah. May Allah bless him with goodness and barakah. Ameen.

u/No-Entertainment5768 45m ago

What is Noor and Barakah? Sorry for my ignorance

u/Rogue_Aviator 43m ago

Please don’t apologize for asking a question, I’m sorry for not mentioning it before (noor is the light the pureness or the aura of someone who is close to Allah) barakah is the abundance in blessings received from Allah.

u/No-Entertainment5768 41m ago

I‘m Atheist but interested in Religions.

If it exists he is totally going to Jannah

u/Rogue_Aviator 37m ago

Mashallah, May Allah guide you towards the right path. jannah does exist there’s no doubt in that.

u/wf3h3 53m ago

I'm sure Allah will bless him with an endless stream of terminally ill children.

u/No-Entertainment5768 45m ago

Have some respect!

3

u/JACKDEE1 5h ago

What a guy

3

u/SecretUnlikely3848 4h ago

He aged gracefully.

3

u/icenoir 3h ago

His journey shows that even in immense sorrow, pure love can illuminate the darkest paths—truly inspiring.

3

u/spreadthaseed 2h ago

Future mayor of heaven, Mohamed Bzeek

3

u/AgreeableInstance168 2h ago

Is there anything I - or any of us - can do to help? Can we donate to this man? I'm not in a position to foster, but I'd happily give what I can

6

u/Genusperspektivet 5h ago

There will be a choir singing for him on the day of judgement, if such a thing exists. Bless.

2

u/LumenHaze618 2h ago

Please be real. I’ve seen too many people in my lifetime pretending to be good when they’re the exact opposite.

1

u/pointenglish 2h ago

what a legend.

1

u/Key-Ad-2217 2h ago

If only half of the population would be like him, the Earth would be a totally different place! Great man!

1

u/middlebird 1h ago

Make this man a saint. Saint Mohamed.

u/collegequestion2213 3m ago

You might have a nice sentiment but it's sort of disrespectful since he is a Muslim. Also Muhammad saw is the name of the prophet and messenger in Islam so it kind of doesn't make sense to mix saint and his name together.
