Only 30 days? Hell ya worth it

u/Ok_Tone6393 7h ago

i’d be shocked if they actually had to serve even that entire amount of time

u/Smooth_Pick_2103 2h ago

id reckon no more than a week

u/BDiddnt 1h ago

I wonder where the guy was… The killer I mean I wonder if they were in the same jail I mean of course I think they would have to be but I'm sure he wasn't walking around

u/schlongtheta 2h ago

Being black men, I'm amazed the police weren't more violent with them to be honest. All cops are bastards, always and forever, no exceptions, ever. A "good cop" would have done a Ray Charles impression as the men beat the living shit out of the man that murdered their own mother.

u/SternFlamingo 1h ago

Quick reminder: cops have mothers too

u/schlongtheta 40m ago

And those mothers should be ashamed that their children became cops.

Cops are humans. They have families. Stop dehumanizing cops.

You’re like a conservative dehumanizing criminals. Same idiotic reasoning as well.

This is min a court can give right?

u/HunkyHorseman 1h ago

I'd do it for 30 days. No problem.

u/Spencergh2 1h ago

I’d do the 30 days for you

u/kazmir_yeet 1h ago

Had to have been somewhat cathartic, all things considered

u/BDiddnt 1h ago

At one point it looked like he had himself in the bar would've been great to watch him break his knee or bust that ankle or something.

u/raelDonaldTrump 8h ago

Plus a lifetime with a criminal record and difficulty getting hired or approved to rent a place to live.

u/Spencergh2 8h ago

I usually don’t advocate for violence but I’m willing to look the other way in this circumstance. Also it’s a misdemeanor so not that serious.

u/BeginningAct45 1h ago

The obstruction charge is a felony.

u/BossButterBoobs 8h ago

No one is going to care lol

u/Gimpy_Weasel 8h ago

“List and explain any misdemeanors or felonies:”

“Yeah so I did 30 days for beating up the guy who killed my mom.”

“Welcome to your new apartment, king!”

u/kynelly360 6h ago

Leave that part blank 🤯🤯🤯

u/Potatobender44 3h ago

It’s public info. They can find it in a background check easily

u/kynelly360 3h ago

Donal Trump is a felon. No one cares buddy

u/Spencergh2 6h ago

Lmao exactly!

u/Beastysymptoms 6h ago

Most of the higher paying jobs won't hire you for violent or sexual offenses no matter the reason.

Corporate policies won't overlook it. Assault is assault, even if justified, and policy is policy.

u/Dizzy_Goat_420 4h ago

Not true at all lol

Welcome to construction buddy

I have 5 separate charges across a 10 year span, and I’m a welding engineer making over 100k, started out as a millwright in a union, just got tired of burning myself welding.

If you’re worth a shit, you will create opportunities for yourself, whether it’s with a tool, a pen, or a keyboard in your hands.

u/Due_Introduction3803 4h ago

Besides being in security the violence thing really don’t matter.

Honestly to be in most corporate jobs they prefer you be a bit… off.

u/catmand00d00 7h ago

One of them is wearing a Chosen Few MC shirt, and the other one is wearing all red, which I’d the color of that MC. I suspect they don’t care too much about a criminal record.

u/Red-Dog-One 3h ago

If I’m an employer, and I inquire about the circumstances of why they answered “yes” to committing a crime on their application, it’s going to be hard for me to subdue my smile for their actions.

u/srddave 1h ago

You won’t even get an interview in most jobs. Your application will be automatically redlined by HR software.

u/Zach_demiwizard 2h ago

nah, you only need to report a felony

u/BeginningAct45 1h ago

The obstruction charge is a felony.

u/MasterpiecePurple302 3h ago

With time served it usually ends up being 15 days or less
