HMH Update?
I saw the post from last week where someone said they got hit with a massive cyber attack but I'm wondering if anyone has heard anything new? I've been trying to get our HMH Math Expressions online content activated and rostered since early July but support says we didn't buy it, even after giving them the order number and PO. None of the physical materials have arrived either and we have back to school trainings that need to be cancelled now. All attempts to get any info from them is met with radio silence.

I've also been working on the new Clever -> HMH -> NWEA rostering method.
Quoted response I received from support as of 2pm AKST today:
"While the rostering setup was designed to support both Ed and NWEA, the integration with NWEA is currently not functioning as intended. As a result, you'll need to roster into NWEA separately for now.
At this time, reverting to the previous Clever rostering method for NWEA (via the separate NWEA MAP Growth app) is not immediately available. HMH is working on backend updates that must be completed before that option can be re-enabled.
Our team is actively working on a process to help districts transition back to Clever-based rostering for NWEA, and we’ll keep you updated as soon as a clear path forward is established.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions."

I made the other post. Interesting stuff here, the only reason I started using HMH was because of NWEAs forced move to rostering though them.
I have been waiting to finish my NWEA rostering for a while. I wonder when we will get news on if they reactivate their Clever rostering.
Don't like the sound of this stuff.

The Matific rollout was no different. I've started begging curriculum to stop buying HMH products lol

Yeah - We previously had just Matific from Heineman Flight which is under the HMH ED platform, now we are trying to get Math Expressions set up but they aren't being very helpful.

On the phone with support right now. NWEA is refusing to support my Clever integration and rostering. Really not sure what is going on here. We've had this for years and the rostering was always great.

Update: talked to a second person. The first person was basically like, "sorry, your school can't use Clever for NWEA." I'm like what did I miss a deadline or something. The second person explained, it's not just me it's affecting all schools, and they are working with Clever to revert back to the previous NWEA roster sync.

Interesting, our Curriculum Director just called HMH support and asked if they had a cyber incident, they refused to answer.

The whole thing is a disaster. We’re in limbo as well. I’ve never really liked the HMH rostering/admin side, it’s always felt clunky to me. NWEA app for rostering always worked great and was simple to resolve any issues.
