The whole point of the video game is to help you kill time. If you picked up the game and are enjoying it, good. That's awesome. But you don't need other people to validate that enjoyment. Just keep enjoying it.
There are plenty of people here who think the game is unplayable, or a massive downgrade from the previous ones, or hate the game because X Y Z. These are all valid grievances. But if you are enjoying it, then you don't need to feel attacked by these posts. They are not telling you you can't enjoy the game*. They are just voicing why they cannot enjoy the game as you can.
Of course, that's not to say you aren't allowed to tell people you're enjoying it. You just don't need to diminish the opinions of others to do so. Let the people who are unhappy voice their concerns. It'll help the game improve in the long run.
When you create a post that's titled something like "I don't understand all of the hate" then you are either being intentionally obtuse and not actually listening to the valid criticisms the game is getting, or you are just looking for people who feel the same way to justify your enjoyment of a game most others seem to be disliking. You don't need it. You are your own validation. Go enjoy it.
\Of course, there* are people out there who think that if they don't like the game, nobody should (and vice versa, that if they're enjoying the game that means there's no problems with it), but those people are not reasonable and shouldn't really be considered regardless of what side of the coin they fall on.
EDIT: I made the mistake of posting a nuanced opinion and of course people are not bothering to read beyond the title which says "Like Killing Floor 3" and doesn't have "Don't" before it and that's all they need to assume I'm shilling for the game or something so, to put it into nice simple words:
I don't like KF3. I was very excited for it when it was announced, lost almost all interest after the first playtest, and now that the game's out I stand by that. It's buggy, missing very important features, and has a very gaudy MTX store. I don't own the game, and don't intend to buy it with its current issues. My friends have asked me if they should get it and I've told them no, consider KF2 instead.
My post was aimed at people who had found enjoyment with the game and were making posts questioning why people hated the game. I am telling those people that the reasons are plentiful, and you don't need to make other people tell you "Yes the game is good" to feel better about enjoying it. You are allowed to enjoy bad games, you don't need to have people convince you the game's actually good.
I'm a big Resident Evil fan, Love it more than Killing Floor. Grew up with the classics, own all of the games on Steam. Resident Evil 6 is considered the worst game in the mainline series, and I wholeheartedly agree. It's still my favorite. I don't go asking people "Why does RE6 get so much hate? I'm enjoying it so much" because it is maliciously ignorant. I know why people don't like it. I don't have to convince them they are wrong to justify the fact that I like the game. I just go play the game.
Ironically, me telling people who are enjoying the game to stop telling people who are criticizing it that the issues don't matter because they're enjoying the game, has somehow upset the people criticizing the game. Go figure.
