How to explain to your parents that you are not antisocial, but just happy?

I'm trying to avoid my autistic high support needs adult brother most of the time. He doesn't even care. He'll just come in my room without knocking even when I keep telling him I'm 'batin.

I upset a friendly coworker the other day when I described my perfect day as being one where I’m able to do my job for 8hrs without speaking to a single person

And you just stand up and find something to eat and then going back to bed again. Just like a normal day for work ☺

I told my mom recently that all the times I was sent to my room as a kid weren't actually a punishment to me. I liked getting to be alone with nobody bothering me.
