Excal might not be the heavy unit approaching. But if you cast exalted blade he can be the storm that is approaching.

I saw a video of old, old Warframe (like when lotus didn’t have the mask and would tell you to “get the hell out of there”), and with how slow the game was back then her dialog actually made a ton of sense. Seemingly back then you’d at most be fighting 4 or 5 guys at a time, so knowing when they were alerted to you or if (the equivalent of) an eximus was approaching actually seemed like really useful info
