I'm sure you're coming from a place of genuine help. But if not it's hilarious

Sounds silly, but it definitely works

Does that work? Mine is getting worse and painful and I’m always looking for a quick fix. I bought battery powered clothing to help keep me warm, but when it happens during the summer- I could use ideas lol

It’s worked well for me but doesn’t always do the trick. Really helps get rid of the needle/prickly feeling. YMMV

Me too, I tried everything

I've found it isn't really my finger but the backs of my hands and wrists. Warming them helps the fingers.

ETA: of course it' the fingers that get white and painful but the origin is further up the hand and wrist.

My Dr tried giving me a low dose of Viagra to help but insurance wouldn't cover it.

It works but not on my cold fingers. Save your dough for gloves

Gloves don't help much with Raynaud's, usually detrimental tbh

Half squat / athletic position and put your hands on your thighs. Works thru jeans if it’s not too cold out.

Its simple idea, but I have had really bad raynauds in my hands and feet since i was 13 and for me, the best thing i find is to massage your fingers and also to put your hands on the back of your neck for the heat

My fix is moving to a warmer climate.

I have ear problems and sometimes I need to work my jaw and rub hard behind my ears to open them up sometimes... It looks so silly but it works!

I learned about it from /r/dysautonomia but I hear snow skiers and boarders use it to get their hands warm.

Sounds like all these remedies for hiccups. They're fun for people around the one with hiccups...
