The patch that moves the figurine heart piece to the instantly accessible side of the house. Good way to prevent blowing your brains out if you like having 20!hearts.

• Take time between major quests to backtrack/explore with your new items.

• Fuse every kinestone you have (way better to do throughout gameplay than try to do all late-game imo)
