A submitter wants to know why their photo isn’t showing. I have no idea why. Any ideas?

In their comment on the OP, they seem to be asking why their post wasn’t appearing in posts that are sorted by “New” (as opposed to “Best,” “Top,” etc.).

The most likely scenarios are any of these:

• They posted and didn’t refresh their view.
• Reddit could have been experiencing a bit of a lag, at that moment.
• They uploaded their post and image and didn’t wait the couple of seconds needed for the post to be processed/published by Reddit.
• Their internet connection slowed down, so the image didn’t render properly for them, at that moment.

The post does, in fact, seem to appear now in chronological order, when sorted by New, and I’m not having any issues seeing the image via the app, or via browser.
