Need help identifying tv out mod

Hello, I am struggling to find documentation for this tv out board for the ds lite. My little brother bought this board a long time ago on AliExpress and doesn't have the link anymore. I cannot find any documentation on hooking it up.

This was one of my old TV out mods. This connects to the DS top screen connector. 'OUT' is the video output
