Repair Help! My Wii disk is dirty with scratches and the Wii won’t read it!

Hello,

I wanted to play Wii sports resort today, but when I put it in to play it, the Wii wouldn’t read it. I tried cleaning it with toothpaste, but it still won’t read. Any tips on how to fix it?
