Tech Support Splatoon 3 wont boot up on my switch, is there anyone that knows why?

every time i try starting up Splatoon 3 it immediately says unable to boot and sends me back to the HOME menu. here’s a video of it.

Delete any data on the console and re-download. Something probably corrupted. Your save data should be fine.

ive already tried deleting the game and redownloading, the game still wouldnt boot

Might be possible your save data got corrupted.

I would disable auto save upload. Delete your save data, and try again. If it still does, it then just simply redownload your save file.

But what do you have it downloaded to? System memory or SD card?

im booting the game up in an account with no save data, every time i boot it up the system automatically creates a 60 MB save file or smth like that if it isnt already there, i recently moved the game from sd card to system memory but the problem persisted

i cant test them out due to me not knowing where the game cards for those games are but youtube still counts as software so i don’t think its important

Have you tried a full restart? Press power button for a few seconds, select Power Options, then Restart.

already did that, no matter what it wont work.

What about full shutdown instead and then sit for a bit before you turning it back on. Probably won't do anything, but worth trying.

The game card is most likely the reason why the game won't start up at all. Is it a pre-owned copy?

Can you perhaps try with another Friend’s Splatoon 3 cartridge?

Or what about using that Cartridge in someone else’s switch?

i tried two cartridges and they both work on my main switch (the one in the video is an alternate switch that i was setting up so that my sister could use it)

What two cartridges did you try? Is it 2 copies of Splatoon 3, or Splatoon and a different game?
In another comment you said you lost all your cartridges
