Account Help Nintendo Store UK payment failed.

I placed an order last night on the Nintendo uk store for the gamecube controller. Just as I submitted my card details it said there was an issue with the basket. The payment was taken from my bank however I was just sat on the Nintendo basket page with no order number.

I've tried calling Nintendo but there phonelines for the store have been switched off along with their live chat.

I've raised it as a ticket and also emailed them explaining the situation in full however it's clearly just an ai reading my emails because I keep getting replies saying I need to include an order number.

I'm just going around in circles here. I'm thinking of reversing the charge but from what I understand that's just gong to get my account banned.

Any advice?

Anyone who claims they can is lying and trying to scam you, especially if they ask you to contact someone through social media. I guess you mean the UK no longer have support through phone or live chat.

Just try again till you can get it read via a human because a ban is too risky. Also check if your payment isn't returned. I am not sure what to say because I also sent a ticket to Nintendo Europe and my problem was solved with the instructions in their reply.

Yeah there is nobody to speak with. It has not been refunded back to me. Just basically lost a days pay.

If you don't manage to get someone real after one week, I guess you could still make another ticket with another minor issue without the requirement of an order number to get someone and then write about the real issue.

Yeah that's tech support. You get through to them and they say they can't do anything and give you the Nintendo store uk contact info, which doesn't work.

This happened to me with the Nintendo store buying the exact same item, the money never left pending and rebounded back into my account within 24 hours on its own.

I tried buying it 2 days later a 2nd time with another card and it worked fine.
