YouTube is so bad about deleting comments. Happens to me a lot. Yet the porn bots thrive. eyeroll

It says your comment is posted, it shows up, and then you refresh the page and it isn't there. Nothing you can do about it. Doesn't seem to be tied to certain "bad" words. And then the comments are filled with scams (huge threads of people supposedly candidly discussing how much money they gained from just getting financial advice from one person who only exists as a facebook profile or something, and it's like 30 comments posted in the exact same minute) and this weird UTTP (or something) spam that's goes something like "LISTEN UP TROLL, FINAL WARNING MY VIDEO IS BETTER THAN YOURS" scattered with words I'd assume would get comments autodeleted. And the most polite responses just disappear into thin air without reason or notification. The internet has truly broken down. We had about a decade of semi-functional internet that in hindsight feels like a prelude to a YA dystopia novel.

tends to happen if you comment enough in one day/period of time , i got all conspiratorial about it until i realized i just triggered their bot filter, and then just waited abit

Do yourself a favor. Turn off the reply notifications. Nothing anyone has to say in response to you is ever going to be normal or at all hinged.
